How do I return or exchange a defective product that was shipped to me?
Manufacturing Defects: If the product exhibits material or workmanship issues, or fails to function properly within 30 days, you may choose to receive a refund or an exchange.
What should I do if my measurements were not precise enough, and the product I received does not fit?
We offer a measurement error tolerance policy for our customers: if a product is defective due to a measurement error of 1 inch or less, we provide a 50% discount on a replacement purchase (this discount applies to no more than two products per order, with an error margin of within 1 inch for each item).
Can your accessories be purchased separately?
Yes, our accessories are available for purchase. If any accessories are missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can ship the replacements to you. Additionally, if your product is still within its one-year warranty period, we will replace any damaged accessories free of charge (replacement parts are expected to arrive within 5–7 days). Please note, however, that due to the specialized nature of electric products, we are unable to offer separate replacements or sales for accessories directly related to the motor.
If I place an order right now, when will it be delivered?
As our products are fully customized—produced specifically according to your precise measurements—the preparation and processing phase requires 3 to 9 days. When combined with standard shipping transit times of 7 to 14 days, your order should arrive approximately 23 days after placement at the very latest (barring any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events).

"Width Accurate Value" means the exact or precise measurement of width.If your window's exact measurement is 34 1/4, then 1/4 is your "Width Accurate Value"
Are your fabrics the same color on both sides?
Some of our fabrics are indeed the same color on both sides; for specific details, please consult our customer service team.
Can I return the customized shades?
If the wrong size or color is caused by our mistake, we offer a free remake or full refund within 30 days of delivery.
If the issue is caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we offer a 50% reorder discount. Our measurement tolerance policy applies to up to 2 items per order, with an error allowance of within 1 inch.
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for non-quality-related reasons, such as dislike of the style or color after delivery.
