How do I return or exchange a defective product that was shipped to me?
Manufacturing Defects: If the product exhibits material or workmanship issues, or fails to function properly within 30 days, you may choose to receive a refund or an exchange.
What should I do if my measurements were not precise enough, and the product I received does not fit?
We offer a measurement error tolerance policy for our customers: if a product is defective due to a measurement error of 1 inch or less, we provide a 50% discount on a replacement purchase (this discount applies to no more than two products per order, with an error margin of within 1 inch for each item).
Can your accessories be purchased separately?
Yes, our accessories are available for purchase. If any accessories are missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can ship the replacements to you. Additionally, if your product is still within its one-year warranty period, we will replace any damaged accessories free of charge (replacement parts are expected to arrive within 5–7 days). Please note, however, that due to the specialized nature of electric products, we are unable to offer separate replacements or sales for accessories directly related to the motor.
If I place an order right now, when will it be delivered?
As our products are fully customized—produced specifically according to your precise measurements—the preparation and processing phase requires 3 to 9 days. When combined with standard shipping transit times of 7 to 14 days, your order should arrive approximately 23 days after placement at the very latest (barring any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events).
