Manufacturing Defects: If the product exhibits material or workmanship issues, or fails to function properly within 30 days, you may choose to receive a refund or an exchange.

We offer a measurement error tolerance policy for our customers: if a product is defective due to a measurement error of 1 inch or less, we provide a 50% discount on a replacement purchase (this discount applies to no more than two products per order, with an error margin of within 1 inch for each item).

Yes, our accessories are available for purchase. If any accessories are missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can ship the replacements to you. Additionally, if your product is still within its one-year warranty period, we will replace any damaged accessories free of charge (replacement parts are expected to arrive within 5–7 days). Please note, however, that due to the specialized nature of electric products, we are unable to offer separate replacements or sales for accessories directly related to the motor.

As our products are fully customized—produced specifically according to your precise measurements—the preparation and processing phase requires 3 to 9 days. When combined with standard shipping transit times of 7 to 14 days, your order should arrive approximately 23 days after placement at the very latest (barring any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events).

• Outside Mount:The height should measure at least 2" above the frame for cordless Roman shades.The height should measureat least 3" above the frame for motorized Roman shades.

• Inside Mount: When measuring, please measure the actual width and height of your window opening (excluding the window frame).

• Outside Mount: When measuring, please add some width and height to ensure sufficient coverage. (outside mountinhg shades will not automatically adjust, please add as needed.)

• Raise or Lower EvenlyWhen raising or lowering the shade, please pull from the center position, or use both hands to operate it gently and evenly. This prevents excessive force on one side, which could cause the fabric to tilt or damage the track mechanism.

• Double-layer Roman shades typically consist of a "light-filtering layer" and a "blackout layer." Please identify the specific layer you wish to adjust before operating; avoid repeatedly tugging at both layers, as this may compromise the neatness of the folds.
