These blinds are incredible! I ordered one for my bathroom to make sure I liked the quality and was blown away. We have two bedrooms and a bathroom with large windows that face the street and the 70% blackout top down bottom up shades work perfectly in the space to let light in but also provide privacy. Last night I ordered 5 more for the rest of the bedrooms. I wish they came in lengths up to 79” and down to 20” because I have some windows that I would like shades for but those sizes are not available on BERISSA’s website. Oh and the turn around time was very fast. I ordered on 12/26/25 and it arrived on 1/10/26.

Built well, quality overall seems to be good. I installed six of these in about an hour. The mounts must be square or they will be difficult to snap into place. Wife loves them (she picked them out). I was skeptical because similar blinds from big box stores were 600 a piece. Time will tell how they hold up, today is day 1.

They are just what we needed for our front doors and we didn’t have to spend thousands. It’s a quality fabric and stitching is well done. I couldn’t be happier with them. The top flap Velcros on so I was able to take it off and iron out a few wrinkles. The shades themselves were wrapped in a way that kept them wrinkle free. Excellently wrapped. QR codes with installation instructions are handily listed in several places. My husband commented on how easy they were to install (and he is a grouchy bear on honey-do items). He immediately measured another door and asked me to order one for it. That’s a win!
For this top-down bottom-up style, can the valance be removed?
Yes, this has Velcro closure,you can remove it.
Do I need to subtract ⅜ inch?
No, you don't need to subtract. If you provide the accurate internal window opening dimensions (accurate to 1/8 inches) for installation inside the window frame, we will adjust the size for you without requiring you to subtract anything.
If I want to have Roman shade inside mounted, what is the minimum window depth?
Our upgraded version requires a minimum hole depth of 1.3 inches; other versions require a minimum hole depth of 1.6-2.3 inches depending on the style.
