Yes, our accessories are available for purchase. If any accessories are missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can ship the replacements to you. Additionally, if your product is still within its one-year warranty period, we will replace any damaged accessories free of charge (replacement parts are expected to arrive within 5–7 days). Please note, however, that due to the specialized nature of electric products, we are unable to offer separate replacements or sales for accessories directly related to the motor.

As our products are fully customized—produced specifically according to your precise measurements—the preparation and processing phase requires 3 to 9 days. If your window recess depth is shallow, please ensure that the mounting surface is level and that the recess depth is at least 1.1 inches (minimum safe installation depth).

When lowing or raising the shade, please operate it upward from the center of the bottom rail.

Never operate it from just one side,doing so will cause the sides to become unbalanced and uneven. In severe cases, this can cause the support cords behind the Roman shade to jam—a condition that is often difficult to repair.
