  • What should I do if my measurements were not precise enough, and the product I received does not fit?

We offer a measurement error tolerance policy for our customers: if a product is defective due to a measurement error of 1 inch or less, we provide a 50% discount on a replacement purchase (this discount applies to no more than two products per order, with an error margin of within 1 inch for each item).

  • Can your accessories be purchased separately?

Yes, our accessories are available for purchase. If any accessories are missing from your package, please contact us immediately so we can ship the replacements to you. Additionally, if your product is still within its one-year warranty period, we will replace any damaged accessories free of charge (replacement parts are expected to arrive within 5–7 days). Please note, however, that due to the specialized nature of electric products, we are unable to offer separate replacements or sales for accessories directly related to the motor.

Inside Mount

Please enter your EXACT window opening dimensions (do NOT make your own deductions). Width: Measure the exact inside width. Our factory will automatically deduct 1/4" for a perfect custom fit and smooth operation. Height: Measure the exact inside height from top to bottom. Order the exact height.

Outside Mount

Please enter your FINAL desired shade size (not window frame size). Width: Add 2–4" for privacy and light blockage. Height: Add 6–10" (or 10–12" for longer shades) to account for top fabric stack when fully raised.

What Happens If I Enter the Wrong Dimensions After Ordering?
