These cordless blinds are awesome! We needed something cordless so it would be safe for our son to be around, but we didn’t want to lose the natural light. These blinds let in the perfect amount of light without any heat. The were super easy to install, just a few screws to mount the brackets and then the blinds clicked right into place. Our window is about 80”x 50”. I was worried about the blinds bending in the middle, but the strength of these brackets as well as the durability of the top of the blinds is incredible! I even tugged on it the way I KNOW my toddler is bound to. And the blinds took it like a champ. It looks so sleek and clean, and I don’t have to worry about any privacy issues while letting the natural light in. I do have other cheaper smaller cordless blinds on the other windows that I had bought years prior, but I needed something that would be easier to open and close. For this WHOLE window I only need to use one hand to open and close it. No struggling back and forth to get it to sit right. It runs incredibly smoothly and is SO satisfying. I am incredibly glad I but the bullet and bought these blinds. Totally worth it. Don’t hesitate.

Quality shade and easy installation!!!
I don’t normally leave reviews but I was super impressed with the fit, quality, and easy install. These blinds are as good as those installed from the professional shade store. Also there are no cords. Move the shade up or down and it holds its position. They are light blocking and completely private.i will order again. To install it takes four screws total. Simply drill in the two small angle brackets at the top of the window into the header. It takes like five minutes with a cordless drill. Two screws seems like enough instead of four on the second shade. The complicated part is you must click the shade in to the angle brackets next by pushing the shade towards the window. That took 5 seconds per side. Also, delivery for these shades was ten days. Worth the wait.

Do I need to subtract ⅜ inch?
No, you don't need to subtract. If you provide the accurate internal window opening dimensions (accurate to 1/8 inches) for installation inside the window frame, we will adjust the size for you without requiring you to subtract anything.
If I want to have cellular shade inside mounted, what is the minimum window depth?
Our upgraded version requires a minimum hole depth of 1.3 inches; other versions require a minimum hole depth of 1.6-2.3 inches depending on the style.
