Installation was super easy, good clear directions a few screws and you do need to be careful on your measurements but very easy overall.They function beautifully and keeep the light out well the up and down motion is fine no complaints.Not much more to say easy installation, good quality materials
Perfect fit, easy to install. Comes with two brackets. They attach to top of window and the shade snaps in.
These cordless blinds are awesome! We needed something cordless so it would be safe for our son to be around, but we didn’t want to lose the natural light. These blinds let in the perfect amount of light without any heat. The were super easy to install, just a few screws to mount the brackets and then the blinds clicked right into place. Our window is about 80”x 50”. I was worried about the blinds bending in the middle, but the strength of these brackets as well as the durability of the top of the blinds is incredible! I even tugged on it the way I KNOW my toddler is bound to. And the blinds took it like a champ. It looks so sleek and clean, and I don’t have to worry about any privacy issues while letting the natural light in. I do have other cheaper smaller cordless blinds on the other windows that I had bought years prior, but I needed something that would be easier to open and close. For this WHOLE window I only need to use one hand to open and close it. No struggling back and forth to get it to sit right. It runs incredibly smoothly and is SO satisfying. I am incredibly glad I but the bullet and bought these blinds. Totally worth it. Don’t hesitate.
I ordered this shade custom at 64” wide, 48” long (because that’s all I needed ) and installed it by myself! It was not that difficult. I did have to use a little tab of alien tape to hold my measuring tape to one side, but I got the job done and it looks amazing. I paid, with tax and shipping, $150 (and change) and I was quoted $565 from a local blind company for the same exact thing. I only needed something to filter out the sun from 1 to 4 pm Daily and Only during the months of January through March in the afternoon when the sun wraps around the yard and comes straight in those doors, making it impossible to sit at the table and have a conversation without being blinded. I could not be happier with this product! I’m already looking for other areas of my house where I can utilize more of these lol Here’s a photo or two. Honestly, I have to say I did this while down with the flu and I still didn’t have any urge to throw anything through the window. Love love, love this filtering shade. If I could give them 20 stars I would!
These shades are easy to install and work well. The honeycomb thermal fabric has the texture of paper. I would be worried about moisture and question its durability. Time will tell. It does a good job blocking light and creating privacy. The design is clean and simple looking.
